We are currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern, someone who is driven by a passion for new marketing, modern business development and the digital world.

We are an evolving business and at this stage we are looking for an intern who is passionate, dedicated and wants to grow with us. Our team is penetrating markets in and outside of the Netherlands and you will be involved in several aspects of this development. Express your creativity, have fun and get the opportunity to work with real case studies from brands and companies we already worked with. ​

Your main tasks will focus on supporting the marketing and sales efforts with various endeavours such as conducting market research, spreading awareness about our and clients’ products/services, generating leads and co-managing various social media platforms and internal tools (e.g. CRM).

You will be embedded in the core of our operations, learn to apply innovation & design thinking methodology within your working methodology and approach challenges with a hand-on approach, both for clients and our own brands / products / solutions, as well as our sister companies: Spatial Experience (www.spatial-experience.com) & Coliving Ventures (www.colivingventures.com) as well as its brands Coliving Insights (www.colivinginsights.com), Coliving Conference (www.colivingconference.com) and Coliving Awards (www.colivingawards.com).

What you will do

  • Participate in internal as well as clients related projects

  • Marketing & Content Creation
    • Maintain our digital marketing channels, e.g.:
      • Websites
      • Newsletter
      • Social Media
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
    • Finding, curating and creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and blog posts
    • Assist to maintain and grow our digital presence
    • Schedule, analyse and optimise social media posts
    • Help to increase engagement through Partnerships & collaborative  assignments
    • Assist in communicating authentic and compelling stories around our company's mission and achievements, services and projects
    • Generate content for multiple online platforms that reflects our or client brand positioning and  communication objectives
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Research & identify trends, market insights and conduct user surveys/research
    • Brainstorm new and creative ideas to grow our client base
    • Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators.
    • Assist in outreach, lead generation, and CRM management
    • Help craft sales materials, proposals, and presentations
    • Support sponsorship and partnership efforts for Coliving Ventures events.
    • Analyse and evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Event & Community Engagement
    • Assist in promoting and organising online (webinars) and offline events (e.g.Coliving Conference 2025) and other industry gatherings
    • Engage with industry stakeholders and build relationships
    • Support event logistics, communication, and marketing activities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Relevant educational background – Marketing, Business Management, Communications, New Media, Journalism studies are preferred
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are an entrepreneurial and creative problem solver
  • Able to think out of the box, ambitious and eager to take on challenges
  • International oriented
  • Pragmatic and functional work approach
  • Able to conduct and analyse market research
  • Multicultural awareness

Would be a plus

  • Experience with Social Media content creation (e.g. Canva), data analytics tools and scheduling platforms
  • Design oriented sense of style and aesthetics (if you don’t have it, you‘ll learn with us)
  • Create presentations in Google Slides

What we offer

Currently our office is located close to the centre of Amsterdam in a developing and upcoming area.

You will be part of an international team of motivated professionals and get the opportunity to meet interesting people, work within an interdisciplinary team and develop your skills while collaborating and participating in meaningful projects. We like to keep it fun and positive.

This is a full-time internship, which will last for 6 months, with the option to extend cooperation with our company. We offer an allowance of € 600 per month for Amsterdam or Netherlands based profiles. On-site candidates could be either (currently enrolled) students or fresh graduates (eligible for  Erasmus+ programme) who are legally allowed to live & work in the Netherlands.
